Today we drove home from Ohio. We loved our time with Mimi, Papa and all the family. We’re making a plan to finish Whole 30 and can’t wait to reintroduce our favorite gluten-y foods this week. Here’s hoping they don’t make us feel like total crap.
Monday: Almond and Herb crusted fish, salad
Tuesday: Chicken Italian Sausage and steamed veggies
Wednesday (Day 30): Salmon Sweet Potato Noodle Bowls
Thursday: Spaghetti and garlic bread (probably with granola for breakfast and a sandwich for lunch, hooray)
Friday: Burgers and Pasta Salad, Crudites
Saturday: Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry and Brown Rice
