And so it begins. The next three weeks our family is signed up for parent and me swimming lessons. They’re put on by the local college swim team, which should be fun, but the lessons are packed in! We have seven lessons in 2.5 weeks. And they run at dinner time. Maybe I’m crazy for signing us up, I guess we’ll see. That said, our meal plans for the next few weeks will include some pretty basic meals.
Sunday: Chicken Asparagus Casserole (hand written into my recipe journal from a pre-marriage roommate)
Monday: Burgers and Salad
Tuesday: Chicken Fried Rice
Wednesday: Spaghetti (Church commitment night)
Thursday: Quesadillas (Swim lesson night)
Friday: Homemade Pizza and Salad
Saturday:Grilled Chicken, Roasted Veggies (hosting friends)
