Joel and I are taking the plunge. I’ve done my research and he was a late addition to the challenge. This past weekend was a family reunion at my dad’s house so we got all sorts of cute cousin photos (like the one above of the favorite weekend activity: throwing rocks into the pond).
I’ve heard the prep is one of the keys to whole30 success so I spent yesterday evening getting to it.
Here’s the plan for this week:
Monday (last night): cookout with friends
Wednesday: Roast with potatoes and carrots in the crockpot
Thursday: Basil Turkey Meatballs (Yes, the recipe calls for chicken but turkey was on sale)
Friday: Grilled Chicken Sausage and Salad
Saturday: Chicken and Veggie Kabobs with cauliflower rice
